Quality Route Adventures provides road trip planning services, guided tours, accommodation booking assistance, and travel support. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Full payment is required before trip commencement. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund, unless due to circumstances beyond your control.

Liability Limitations

Quality Route Adventures acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of such providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from their services.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip.

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.
